This month highlights the launch of my new website!

I’m extremely excited and think that it will be a great way to interact with all fans of athletics. The website will contain unique and regular diary entries from myself, to keep you up to date and involved in how my training sessions are going and also pre and post competition thoughts. Frequent videos will also be posted on the website to enable you to view interviews with myself in training based situations and also in other aspects of my athletic life.

I am currently in my preparation period for the European indoor championships, which I feel is going quite well. However I have a couple of competitions left before I compete in the championships including the AAA’s championships which will be held in my home city of Sheffield. I will be competing in the 60m hurdles, high jump, shot putt and long jump so it will be a busy weekend for me!
