If you’re wondering when to catch Jess in action at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games, then you’ve come to the right place!

She’ll be competing over two days in South America – that’s three here in the UK if you take the time difference into account. To make sure you don’t miss a thing, here’s a rundown of when you can catch all the events that make up the women’s heptathlon.

Friday, 12th August

Saturday, 13th August

15:45 – 16:41, Long jump (15.45, live on BBC1)

Sunday, 14th August

00:00 – 00:45, Javelin (midnight, live on BBC1)

02:53 – 03:12, 800 metres (02.50, live on BBC1)
